Officially finished at Bordeaux 3!
Today was my final day of lessons at Bordeaux 3 university, which now unfortunately means I only have 3 weeks left in this wonderful city.
I did have a lovely day to finish on, which was nice. I find it ironic that despite taking this 9.30am class all year, today, on the final class of the year, I was so early leaving my apartment that I got there with a gentle stroll and was still early! I got my mark back from my version devoir (English --> French) and was very happy with my 10/20, but even more so because the teacher kindly told me that she'd noticed a massive improvement over the course of the year.
My other class of the day was theme (French --> English), and with that devoir I got a score of 15/20, which I am absolutely delighted with. The teacher for that class is always marking me down for really minute things and to have finally got a really good mark is extremely satisfying.
Now all I have left is two essays for Bordeaux 3 to submit before leaving, and the Year Abroad essay for Sheffield. I really should get on with them but I think I am going to have a few more minutes in the sun first...
